The Hummer H2 SUV produced by General Motors can received with mixed reviews to say the least. On the one hand, many car enthusiasts received the H2 with open arms, while other have even created entire websites to tell the world how much they dislike the new model. The Hummer might not be the embodiment of the sleek and aggresive sports car. It is what the manufacturers call a sports utility truck. With six seats and a tall frame, the Hummer H2 is the perfect off-road vehicle.
Geiger has turned the H2, an already powerful car, into a power monster: 598 hp / 440 kW maximum power, 780 Nm of maximum torque, a top speed of 225 km/h and huge multi-piece 26-inch light alloy wheels. The German tuning company has used its own brand of supercharged engine, the Kompressor 780, to give the H2 unimaginable speed and power. The Hummer H2's interior was not neglected by Geiger. Custom-made chrome parts such as special chromed bumpers front and rear including their towing hooks are part of the package.
Another complete package offered by Geiger is the Hummer H2 Latte Macchiato, a version whose first and foremost feature is its heavily modified body. The Macchiato is a styling package more than anything, but the car's performance was not neglected either. The car received a brown and cream or beige color scheme, while the interior was hooked up with a matching Alcantara roof, leather seats, and a mounted DVD monitor.
Many Hummer fans have created their own tuning kits, coming up with such unique modifications as six-wheel versions of the H2.
